About ISZ.AI

AI engineered for real operations

ISZ.AI is the AI technology brand of ISZ GROUP. We combine enterprise AI software, systems integration, and smart hardware engineering in one delivery structure, helping enterprises move AI from isolated pilots into real operations and formal production.

Headquartered in Osaka, Japan, with regional partners in Silicon Valley, Hong Kong, London, and Saudi Arabia.

Why ISZ.AI exists

Most enterprise AI initiatives do not stall because the models are weak. They stall in the handoffs: between strategy and data, between a promising prototype and the workflows it has to serve, between software teams and the systems already running the business, and, for physical products, between engineering and manufacturing. Each handoff adds a vendor, a translation layer, and a place where requirements and context get lost.

ISZ.AI is structured to reduce those handoffs. We bring enterprise management experience, business process design, AI engineering, systems integration, product engineering, and hardware delivery into one coordinated team, so a project can move from a validated use case into formal operation without changing hands at every stage.

The goal is not a demonstration that ends in a slide deck. It is AI that works inside real workflows, connected to real systems, with clear operational ownership.

The AI technology brand of ISZ GROUP

ISZ.AI is the technology brand within ISZ GROUP focused on applied AI. Our work covers enterprise AI software, automation, computer vision, and smart hardware. The relationship with ISZ GROUP extends our delivery capability into enterprise systems, product engineering, operations, and international technology delivery, which allows a single engagement to reach from initial strategy to a running production system or a manufactured product.

Expertise across business, systems, and AI

Our team combines experience gained in Japan, Silicon Valley, and Hong Kong. Members have worked across enterprise management, business operations, process design, enterprise systems, cloud solutions, AI engineering, data engineering, product development, and smart hardware, and are used to delivering projects that cross regions, languages, and technical environments.

That background includes hands-on enterprise software delivery. Team members bring Salesforce consulting and implementation experience and Microsoft solutions expertise, working alongside workflow specialists, enterprise architects, AI engineers, and product and hardware engineers.

For enterprise clients, this mix matters because AI projects rarely succeed or fail on technology alone. Our team reads a project from the management objective down: what the business needs to change, how the work actually flows, which systems and data are involved, what security and governance require, and what it takes to run the result day after day. Projects do not start from the model. They start from the operation the model has to serve.

Software and hardware, engineered together

Enterprise AI engineering

We design AI systems around your proprietary data, business processes, security requirements, and operating goals. This includes generative AI applications, enterprise RAG, autonomous agents, AI workflow automation, and intelligent document processing, engineered against the permissions, formats, and edge cases of your actual environment rather than a demo dataset.

Systems integration

AI creates value only when it is connected to the systems where work happens. We integrate AI with ERP, CRM, knowledge bases, enterprise applications, data platforms, communication tools, production systems, and legacy environments, so results appear in the tools your teams already use and actions execute where they belong.

AI product and hardware engineering

When AI needs to operate in the physical world, we extend the same engineering discipline to devices. This covers embedded software, edge AI, electronics engineering, prototyping, certification, and OEM/ODM manufacturing support, taking a product from concept through production rather than stopping at a reference design.

Production operations

Deployment is a milestone, not the finish line. We design for what comes after: evaluation against real business scenarios, monitoring, access control, human review points, exception handling, and a defined process for updating models as data, usage, and operating conditions change.

What makes our delivery model different

Coordinated delivery structure

Strategy, process design, engineering, systems integration, and hardware work are coordinated within one delivery structure. This reduces the risk that requirements, context, and accountability are lost between vendors as a project moves from concept to production.

Built around existing operations

We design AI around the data, systems, permissions, and workflows you already have, instead of asking your organization to reshape itself around a generic product.

Software and physical systems

Delivery scope can extend from enterprise software to edge devices, inspection equipment, connected products, and the manufacturing processes behind them, under the same engineering responsibility.

Clear ownership and responsibility

Data handling, source code, model assets, licensed content, deployment rights, and ongoing operational responsibility are defined before the project starts, so there is no ambiguity about who owns what and who runs what.

How we work

1

Discover

We define the operational problem together: the users, workflows, and systems involved, the readiness of your data, the risks that matter, and the measurable criteria that will define success.

2

Validate

Before committing to full-scale implementation, we test business and technical feasibility with representative data, so decisions about scope and investment rest on evidence rather than assumptions.

3

Build and integrate

We engineer the models, applications, integrations, controls, and workflows, and where the solution requires it, the physical devices, working within your security and governance requirements.

4

Deploy

We move the system into a controlled production environment with testing, documentation, training, and clearly assigned operating ownership.

5

Improve

After launch, we monitor quality, cost, latency, adoption, exceptions, and model behavior, and adjust the system as operating conditions change.

Designed for enterprise responsibility

Data control

Deployment architecture is determined by data sensitivity, access requirements, data residency requirements, and the infrastructure your organization approves.

Access and security

AI systems are designed to work with your existing identity, permission, logging, and data governance controls, not around them.

Human oversight

For high-impact actions, we can configure approval points, exception routing, rollback mechanisms, and escalation paths, so automation operates within limits your organization defines.

Evaluation and auditability

We evaluate systems against representative business scenarios, not only general model benchmarks. Depending on project requirements, retrieval, outputs, and system actions can be logged to support review and audit.

Intellectual property

Code, model assets, client data, licensed content, voice rights, deployment rights, and ongoing operational responsibility are defined explicitly in the project agreement before work begins.

What enterprise AI programs are designed to improve

Typical objectives include faster information retrieval, reduced manual processing effort, faster exception handling, and more consistent workflow throughput. In quantitative terms, projects of this type commonly target a 40% to 80% reduction in information search time, a 40% to 80% reduction in manual data entry, a 30% to 60% reduction in manual effort within clearly defined workflows, and automated first-response coverage of 30% to 70% in support scenarios.

Actual performance depends on data quality, integration scope, user adoption, and operating conditions. That is why we set targets during validation, against your measured baseline, rather than before it.

Global delivery, local communication

We deliver projects in English, Japanese, and Chinese, for enterprises whose teams, systems, and documentation cross regions and languages. Our headquarters is in Osaka, Japan, supported by regional partners in Silicon Valley, Hong Kong, London, and Saudi Arabia. Our team's professional experience spans Japan, Silicon Valley, and Hong Kong.

Engagements can span the full lifecycle: strategy, feasibility, proof of concept, systems integration, production deployment, and continuous optimization. Clients can also engage us for a specific stage. In either case, the delivery structure and the language of communication follow the client.
